These terms govern your use of myst.med, operated by MYST Medical PLLC, 3703 Acadia Glen Ln, Lutz, FL 33548. By using the site you agree to them.

The site is not medical care

Content on this site is informational. It is not medical advice, does not create a physician-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. A physician-patient relationship with MYST begins only after you complete intake, are accepted as a member, and a licensed provider takes on your care. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911.

Memberships and billing

Membership availability depends on state licensure and clinical screening. Submitting a signup form is a request, not an enrollment. Pricing shown on the site is current but may change with notice before you enroll.

• Memberships bill monthly to your payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• By enrolling you authorize MYST Medical PLLC to charge the membership fee and any product amounts you approve at the time of order.
• If we cannot establish care in your state after signup, the current membership charge is refunded in full.

Orders, prescriptions, and products

• Prescription products require review and approval by a licensed physician. Membership does not guarantee that any particular therapy will be prescribed; if a therapy is not appropriate for your history, it is not offered.
• You are only charged for a medication after a physician approves the prescription. Denied prescriptions are never charged, and any amount already collected for a denied prescription is refunded in full.
• Prescription and compounded products cannot be returned once dispensed. Reshipment and refund rules, including for wrong, damaged, lost, or late orders, are in our Refund Policy. Fulfillment timelines and delivery rules are in our Shipping Policy. Both are part of these terms.
• Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded products are not FDA-approved.

Acceptable use

• Do not misrepresent your identity or submit information on someone else’s behalf without authority.
• Do not probe, disrupt, or attempt to access non-public parts of the service.
• Do not scrape or reuse site content for competing commercial purposes.

Intellectual property

The MYST name, mark, and site content belong to MYST Medical PLLC or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYST disclaims warranties of any kind and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
